Things To Know Before Your Visit to Piccadilly

Christmas is the busiest time of year at Fortnum's — so if you're planning a trip to see us at Piccadilly over the festive period, here are a few helpful tips on how to get the most from your visit.

Firstly, we'd suggest arriving outside of our busiest period of 1pm-4pm, if at all possible. During these hours in particular, movement throughout the store will be slow.

Once you’re inside Fortnum’s, we recommend starting upstairs on our 1st Floor, where you’ll find our Christmas Shop.

Whether you're shopping for gifts, food and drink, or Christmas hampers, there's so much to discover on every floor. We've included a brief floor guide below, so you can plan ahead.

You'll find plenty of helpful signage around the floor to help you find your way, as well as our army of Red Coats, who'll be happy to help you find whatever you need.
