● Despite stockpiling rags and towels by the backdoor, Joanna’s kids could never tackle their dog Buddy’s wet paws when he came inside. She wanted an easy way to clean and dry Buddy without creating a mess, and she thought of two things—a tiny chamois towel she saw a swimmer using at a swim meet, and the soft, dangling brushes in a car wash. It took some experimentation (and help from a patient tailor) before Joanna perfected a simple solution.

The secret is in the “noodles.” These shaggy microfiber textiles soak up water and trap dirt like a sponge. And they really work. The velvety-soft, machine-washable blanket features snuggly microfiber chenille on one side, and super-absorbent microfiber terry on the other.
