Every time I write an introduction to one of our year-end recaps, I think of the time James Murphy of LCD Soundsystem was introducing a song at Madison Square Garden when Win Butler of Arcade Fire interrupted him with, “shut up and play the hits.” But before we turn it over to the most popular products, stories, and diversions of 2021, Rich and I want to thank you for all of your support this year—our tenth year in business.
