To give you some inspiration on how to use your Cash For Class savings, we asked Ten Thousand athlete and 12-time American Ninja Warrior Grant McCartney to get out of his comfort zone by training with some of the most serious men in the country.

For this Deep End Fitness session, Grant linked up with Don Tran, owner of DEF, former Marine Raider and Water Survival Instructor. Don has endured brutal aquatic workouts and developed water training methods for other Marines that build up their water confidence, physiological performance, and mental toughness. For Grant, he programmed the ultimate amphibious workout - one that combined a weighted swim, breath work, and underwater weight training. Ever since a near-drowning experience, Grant has been hesitant around the water - but that didn't stop him from leaning in.
