But what does that mean?

It’s a stoic dedication to continuous improvement. It’s not overnight success, miracle drugs, cure-alls, quick-fixes, or short-cuts. It’s works in progress. It’s recognizing the value of failure. It’s dusting off, and getting back up. 

There are no flashbulbs at the end of our runs. No microphones waiting to be shoved in our faces after a set. All that awaits is another mile, another rep, another shot at our personal best.

This year, we’re doubling down on this journey. But not with a useless yearly resolution. This year, we’re going to make a simple daily promise: every day faster, every day stronger, every day Better Than Yesterday.
