Ten Thousand Captain and veteran Navy SEAL Operator Mike O’Dowd, and veteran Marine Raider Benji Manibog, planned a swim/ruck mission to Santa Catalina Island to challenge their mental fortitude and put the Tactical Short and Versatile Shirt through a proper Field Test.

After dropping into rough seas via helicopter, the two towed their dry bags over 2 miles to shore, swapped their wetsuits for Ten Thousand training gear, and embarked on a grueling ruck. Over 6 miles of rocky, uneven terrain, multiple gear changes, and some unexpected situations challenged Mike and Benji—both men calling it one of their toughest workouts of the year.
