| BETTER THAN YESTERDAY A five-time CrossFit Games veteran and the winner of the Elite Division for the 2022 National Championships for The Tactical Games, Jacob Heppner was born and raised in California’s San Joaquin Valley. His athleticism and work ethic brought him to Missouri where he played college football at Central Methodist University. These days, he’s an entrepreneur with a passion to help others through health and fitness at his private training facility outside Kansas City. “I might not get it the first, second, or nine-hundredth time, but I’m going to be faithful enough to keep coming back, to keep persevering, to keep trying my hand at something - knowing that sometime, someday in the future, I will be successful at it.” You don’t become an elite athlete by accident.
