Hey there, If you’re struggling to lose weight as quickly or easily as you’d like, you probably don't have a problem with "stubborn fat" so much as "stubborn appetite" and “stubborn cravings.” Here are several simple ways to better leash these ogres: 1. Calibrate your calories so you lose 0.5-to-1% of your body weight per week. If you try to lose fat faster than this, you're more likely to run into problems like hunger, lethargy, and muscle loss. 2. Eat a big salad every day with cucumber and other vegetables (bell peppers, for instance) and protein. 3. Get enough sleep. Undersleeping increases appetite, and hunger is the nemesis of dieting. 4. Eat a big bowl of vegetable soup every day (anything with a lot of zucchini seems to work particularly well). 5. Drink plenty of water (by drinking whenever you're thirsty). Research also shows that carbonated water may further improve satiety. 6. Eat strawberries and watermelon every day. A cup (145-150 g) of each contains just ~50 calories. Also: You can get a fit, lean, and strong body no matter your age or circumstances, and you can do it without following a bland, boring, bodybuilding diet or living in the gym doing exhausting workouts you hate.
